Disabling Email 2-Step Verification Code

Hello,

 

Is there a way to disable the email that I get for 2-step verification code? I’ve never had it happen until this or last week. I checked Account Settings > Account, and I don’t have anything set for 2-Step Verification.

    I reviewed your account profile and it appears that the Multi-Factor Authentication is not configured in your Box account. Do you have an alternate Box account where you have an issue due to your MFA?

     

    If yes, please reach out to the Box Product Support team by creating a support case using the affected email address.
