I submitted a request to Box Support and received the following response:

"If you are unable to log in to your account due to a phone number change, loss of a security key, or similar reasons, you will need to contact Box directly, as free accounts do not have an administrator."

I am currently requesting assistance through the Box Community. Is this the correct place to request an MFA reset?

If there is another support channel or form that I should use, could you please provide the appropriate URL?

For reference, I no longer have access to my MFA device, my backup codes are unavailable, and the self-service MFA reset option displays the message: "MFA reset is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Hi @Hiroyuki Suzuki

Welcome to Box Community, and we will assist in restoring your Box access!

It appears that you have already submitted mupltiple cases just yesterday alone. Please refrain for submitting mupltiple cases with the same concern/issue.

Your case is being taken care of and we will get back to you shortly to fully address your MFA concern.

Thanks for posting, and we hope to get this sorted out soon!
