I would like to cancel my subscription. Why is there no direct link to cancel??

We are planning to use Box Relay to move files across multiple departments. We have received requests from each department to be able to track the Relay. Could we possibly implement either of the following? (1) Share Box Relay among multiple users (2) Automatically save the tracking log (CSV) to a specific Box folder

I have a windows ARM computer. I would like to download Box Drive 2.47, which appears to provide support for this. Currently, I am using Box Sync, which has sync delays and issues. Where do I download it from? Has it been released? Hi, all mye files disappeared in the box app on my phone and my ipad. I can still see the shared folders/files, but all my personal files is gone.Does anyone know what the reason could be, and how to get them back asap? I had a lot of files, and still a lot of storage space left, I don’t understand why this happend. :(

Regarding the storage capacity limit for the business plan, I am currently limited to 30.9TB, but is it not unlimited storage? Please let me know if there is a way to remove the limit.

My content is uploaded to the folder locally on the laptop but the same folder is empty on the online (in the cloud) even though i have enough storage. please advice thanks

Are there plans to alter the "waterfall" permissions structure to make it... well, sane? This is not how businesses work. The inability to change subfolder permissions without effecting the parent is unforgivable. It makes permissions a complete nightmare.

Hi,When I try to set up multi-auth option, every code used is incorrect.APP Samsung Pass - incorrectAPP DUO Mobile - incorrectSms on my mobile - got txt msg but incorrect. Mail - got code on email, but incorrect.Moreover, when I was trying all the options above I was receiving email that my multi auth is on, but it’s not visible in my personal account settings, and when I try to download a file shared by friend, it is still asking me to configure multi auth.

Setup on a trial and I just installed Box in our Sandbox but I get this error below when trying to connect it with any user I setup. “You may not log in with an enterprise that does not match the service account. AccountId for User [removed by moderator] AccountId for Service Account null”

The download button on my shared link does not work.I believe it did work until today.Users see a message but the file does not download: Your Download is In ProgressIn the meantime, log in to Box to save files you view in your Recents and upload, share, and comment on the content you care about most. Is there a maximum number of downloads allowed?

I am able to authenticate and setup the box app. When I embed the box element in the default page layouts it mostly comes up blank. The account frame says:                View this content on box.com or using the Box app.                 Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Hi I have lost all the content in that I had in Box. Is there somebody I can actually speak to? Some real tech support?

I have a collaborator who I want to share a box file with, but the link for the shared file does not go to his email address. The email account of the collaborator works otherwise.

Hello,When I try to install Box Drive on my old Macbook Air, I get the following message  Please help. I have a MacBook air, 13-inch from early 2014, Mac OS Big Sur version 11.7.10. My processor is i7. 

is it just me or does everyone else that has problems with box get no support and a complete unwillingness to pick up the phone and call me like I have asked repeatedly.  2 weeks into a loss of 2 months of files and Box appears to not have a care in the world and is just happy to email back and forth with hours or days between responses when a phone call could hopefully help.  Beyond disappointed.  

Please, I would like my account canceled immediately and to lose all access to all features as soon as possible. I woke up today to a huge declined charge on my card (540 dollars) after my 14day trial expired. I completely forgot about my trial expiring and being charged this amount until I was notified today by Box. Within a few minutes, I took steps to immediately cancel my chargeIf I could get in touch with a real agent to have this charge removed and my account terminated as soon as possible I would be extremely grateful, as there is no way that I will be able to pay this balance. Thank you.

Good Afternoon,  Our staff have been indicating that spell check is no longer available via box. Is there a way to change that? Please advise 

I received an invitation to access a file.  Can’t access file as it says that authenticator app setup is required and presents a button to “set up.”However, when I click “set up” it tells me that its already enabled.I need access to these files ASAP.  Help.

I want to allow a customer who is not a collaborator upload a banking form (so I need encryption) to a box folder that is upload only and they can't see anything else in it.  Does box have this functionality?
