Cannot find files and folders that were uploaded into BOX for several years now.

    Sorry, maybe I was not clear enough.  Several years worth of files and folders were loaded onto BOX.  And just recently, we cannot locate them when we log in.  It is important for us to gain access as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance for your assistance!
