I've upgraded to Enterprise level with six users. Not a huge customer. But I should be able to readily find direct support options other than crowdsourcing. How do I open a chat? How do I submit a written, individual ticket? Box is generally good, but your "we're too cool to provide direct help to customers" attitude rubs me the wrong way and makes me want to look for alternatives.
Please run a script for accounts to fix inaccuracy around used storage size
Our Infosec team has a need to search for items containing specific keywords and download the results while retaining the folder structure. A Content Manager search for those keywords can provide the files, but in a flat structure. A report on a keyword-based classification policy could provide the folder paths, but not the files. Next steps are API, I suppose. But I'm reading that eDiscovery integrations may be useful here. Does anyone in the group have experience with this sort of thing? Thanks!
A Borrower has shared a Box with me that is requiring an authenticator app be set up and asking for a 6 digit authentication code. I've not seen this before and am not sure what to do. Thank you.
We recently upgraded our account to Box Business as we reached the 100gb threshold. This has kicked out all collaborators for our files and I can't access them either as admin. Even the local files won't open as it says path not found.

I have box drive and cannot access the files. I go online to the web app via Chrome and cannot view files or download them. Navigating the folder structure is fine, but once to the file, nothing. i can however open and view files via the phone app. Any help would be appriciated
Everyone in our Account 19855602556 is getting this error when downloading files to our disc. After the message appears the user can click TRY AGAIN and it completes the download properly. This is s corrupted disc warning. We have examined our discs and have found no issue. I am now wondering if this is a warning on the BOX Drives.
I have a 10GB account. I have two of the default folders from BOX in there, both of which are empty. My trash is empty and has been for over a week, but 5.4GB is used somehow. Seems like this is a common issue too since I've found a few forum posts with the same problem. Please fix my account so I can get some things uploaded here. Thanks.

Hello, Box has placed me on the email suppression list again. I have added all the emails to the approved senders list for Outlook. I need to receive email notifications. Can someone please remove me from the email suppression list?
My account keeps telling me my storage is full. I recently deleted all files in the account, emptied the trash bin and added approx 5Gb of files. The account total shows I have used 49.9Gb out of 50Gb but this is not correct. I'm unable to store any more data in the account.

Hi, I have received a download link via box for a digital product I bought (basically a PDF certificate). The link was only valid for 3 months. Although I opened the file on different devices for several times, I never actively saved it to a hard drive. Now the 3 months have passed, I can’t open that link any more and can’t find that file in the download folders of my devices. The vendor of this PDF file says he also deleted it after 3 months for data privacy reasons. Is there a possibility that you have a backup of the file and can re-activate the download link? Alternatively, can you tell me if the files I open from a box link are automatically saved to my device and where I could drive them? Thanks in advanced Johannes
We have a box.com account with four users. We all create folders, share the links with outside parties, and await files to be uploaded. Is there a way to set up a central integration (via Zapier or other) to notify a specific channel when a file is uploaded to any folder? By this I mean as the main Admin, I would set up this integration once, rather than each individual user having to set up a Zap or similar.

I am logged in to admin section and viewing all managed users, including app user. We have a "Legal Services" app user but I do not see them listed. My colleague does see them. He is an admin, I am an admin...Why do we not both see all accounts?
