I use MicroStrategy reporting platform to push reports to box folders. We use the email address in box folder and send an email with PDF file attached so it get delivered to correct BOX folder. Issue is when the file already exists with same name, instead of overwriting the existing, BOX adds some storage random characters to filename and add to BOX as a second file.
How to get rid of this issue.
