How do I move a sound file from recents into a specific folder?
I am trying to authorize Box as an integration into Formsite. When I get to the 2-step verification page in the authorization process (after logging in), I am unable to "Submit" the code to move on to the next page. This appears to be an issue with Box itself, not the third party App, because the page is https://app.box.net/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id=r0mcf6sezl8zfviml46ct74spcfp6hvm&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.formsite.com%2Fbld%2FredirectBoxToken&state=dY1zHVpV0U-6nuZRRBbKsT0JgFcMmAIb0HkPCbpNy3DRF6yaFmN9gj72b36Imz72 Can Box kindly assist with this technical error to ensure our integration can proceed?
Hi all. I work with a large circuit of customers who ask for Hi Res images that my company has stored on BOX. I have been sending password-protected links containing folders to those images, during which I always select “anyone with the link can view & download,” and then the customer should be able to download non-watermarked images. However, there are a handful of clients that are unable to 1. download the images after entering their password, (they only see “log in/sign up” where the download button should be) or 2. Can download the images, but the watermark is still there. This is not the case for most, but the number of customers with one of these two problems is growing. Can anyone advise on how to trouble shoot and fix this problem?
Hi, I updated my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 inch, Mid 2014) to the latest software version MacOS Big Sur Version 11.7.1, but the Box Drive is getting this error: "Box Drive has encountered an error on startup that requires you to manually move your existing Box folder. Check out this article to fix the problem. If the problem persists, contact Box support to find other solutions to the problem". I have tried multiple times to manually move aside my existing Box folder without getting it to work. Could you please help me. Tanks

I enter my log in credentials and I get a blank white screen. I have tried clearing cookies/cache, different browsers, nothing in the community resource article has worked. I can log in on my mobile device with no issues.

A shared excel file was shared with me via BOX, and I am not able to open it on a web browser. I get an error message saying: "Cannot open workbook in the browser because it uses these unsupported features: XML Maps. I installed Box Tools and still won't open. Thanks!
I am trying to upgrade from the Free version to the Business version but when I put in my credit card information I keep getting a message that says there is an error and a verification is needed so contact support.box.com but the "submit a request" button appears inactive. Everything is saying that this has to be done online but it's not possible for me to do so. Can some please assist so I can upgrade the account? Thanks, Marlena Kiernan
I have an external user that got a new phone and threw away or recycled his old one, without setting up MFA for his new phone. Now he is not receiving login codes and cannot access Box or collaborated files and folders. He does not work for CPC and is not a managed user, and there seems to be not much I can do for him. Please advise?

Is there a programmatic way to tell Box to run an "exact match" search and not the fuzzy kind it seems to do instead? I'm having to add an extra check in my code to basically filter out the non-matches from the Box search results. Python and/or Node.js SDKs, if that matters.

I did see the "Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect" article already I panicked when I saw I was getting close to my limit, and to make sure I was good, I purged my files, so I can reupload just the ones I need, and to make sure they were updated. However, even with no files in my Box, it's showing as 10GB used. I just want to be sure I've got plenty of space!

The Box support team exchanged emails with me but have not gotten back to me. I have waiver packets for 330+ e-sign recipients for a school event and I would like to personalize each packet using Word mail merge but I am at a loss of how to send these out through Box e-sign to get to each individually? I can't seem to find what I want in the knowledge base. Please HELP! I need to send them out now.
