Hi!


The used space reported in my account is not correct. Last week I have 20 GB used and now I have 40.5 GB. I did not upload any files that could cause this increase. Could you please fix this problem?

Most of the time, aggregates will be updated within an hour or less. For larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct.

The problem is that the issue has started one week ago. The used space went from 20 GB (more or less) to 40.5 GB last Friday and the problem is still there. Could you help me with that?
