i am attempting to boxsdk to download files from a custom domain. i get authenticated, but all files / folders i have attempted are returning 404 error codes. i am passing the enterprise id and everything i reads says the sdk should resolve to the custom id, but this doesn't seem to be happening. the custom app setting includes files for entire enterprise and permissions are include read / write. please provide guidance?
