I have read through the support forum, and the answers have not been helpful.


  • I was notified that my storage was full.

  • I deleted 25% of the files I had stored - A week ago

  • The storage still shows as full

  • I cannot upload (one answer said to ignore the reported size and upload)

  • This is a free account, but I can't use it and it would seem to be a simple thing for someone at Box to fix.

i need assistance on this issue also ASAP.
