I cannot create a password, signed into Google. I want to upgrade but worried I will not be able to access account

 I signed into Box using Google, and it shows that I have an account in my Gmail address. It will not send me a password reset and when I am in the account, it will not allow me to create a password. I would like to upgrade the account, but it doesn't feel like a valid account yet.
