We switched to a bigger cloud and now we are missing all files, more than 50 GB.
All similar queries here are addressed with the same answer that all data will be restored within 24 hours.
It's been 24 hours and we still don't have access, which is extremely annoying and the whole company can't work.
Please could you take a look at our problem, we are really wasting a lot of valuable time.
