Currently, we are using the Individual plan and sharing a folder with 9 people.In the future, we are planning to use it with about 20 people, and we understand that a paid plan would be required for this.
First, regarding the Personal Pro and Business Starter plans intended for individuals or small teams — is it possible to share folders with multiple users under these plans? If so, what is the maximum number of users allowed?
Next, regarding business plans — is my understanding correct that with the Business plan, when sharing with multiple users, each user must have a paid account (i.e., there is no concept of guest accounts)?There is a note under the “external collaborators” section stating “paid accounts only,” and I would like to confirm if my understanding is correct.
