Hello, 


when i'm trying to open any document via the box app, it starts downloading the file. After downloading it goes back to the box app instead of the office 365 app. 


when i open the file via the office 365 app -> other clouds. the file opens correctly, but won't save automaticly. 


what can I do to solve this?

  • Can you walk me through each steps whenever you open your Box file through your Office 365 App? 

  • Is this recurring in all file types or just for specific file type?

  • Are all files affected or just for a specific file?
