Access BOX through Edge

a person in my company can not access BOX through edge. It makes only white screeen after login with ID and pass wword.  You can also go on official site. 

Please let us though the solution.

Go to Edge settings, select "Privacy, search, and services," and choose "Choose what to clear." Clear browsing data and try again. And Some extensions may conflict with BOX. Disable them and attempt to access BOX again.
