We are currently experiencing a recurring error (the Accounts and Production teams) when trying to upload to the Box folders. We get the error message: “account out of storage. Upgrade to get unlimited storage and advanced business tools…”. While we seem to have storage, we can’t seem to upload anything at all. Is there a way to have unlimited upload capabilities, as both my team and accounts will constantly be uploading documents, images etc. Accounts are getting worried that their spreadsheets aren’t going to sync properly, and we have hundreds of items waiting to sync. I think we are going to end up with duplications and a lot of catching up on updating documents to make sure nothing has been lost when it does sync/update. This is incredibly urgent and I have tried numerous times to call but it's a dead end to support and this seems to be the only way. Please feel free to call me as we need this sorted last week. I was invited to an external box, however, to access the box I need to update my password. The problem is I'm registered and signed-in using Google single sign-on, so I dont have a current password. And this is a time sensitive matter and i only have a few days to respond to the external box invite.
I have created the box account (individual, not business) via Google account integration.Now I'm invited to join the clients' folder and it requires me to set a stronger password. Since the account was created via Google account integration, my account currently does not have a password. I tried to manually set a password by going into account setting but when I set the password the system returns an error message. Please give me step by step process on how to set my password.

2 factor authentication is not working. When I submit the correct code, it is not accepted, so I have to log in with a backup code (of which I have no more). When I try to turn off 2 factor, I do so in my account settings and then select "save changes". But when I go back to the settings, 2 factor is always marked as enabled again. I also cannot set up any new kind of multi-factor authentication because email and phone numbers are "not valid" and there is no code that appears to reset the authentication app. What can I do? I will be locked out of my account after this :(

Dear Support, I had an account "jianrui.zhu@o9solutions.com" which set the 2-factor authentication. But I changed the phone and lot the authentication setting. Now I have no way to know my security code to access to the box. In this case, how can I access the BOX? Because if I want to diable or reset the 2-factor authentication, I have to login BOX first. But without authentication app, I can not get the security code to login the BOX. So how can I solve this issue to login the BOX?
I can enter my login and password correctly for my account, but I can't log in with two-factor authentication. If I can log in to my account, I can disable the two-factor authentication setting, but I can't log in so I can't change the settings. I changed my phone. Before changing my phone, I deleted the Box's two-factor authentication from the authentication app, and after changing my phone, Box's two-factor authentication does not appear in the authentication app. I used Box for work before, but I deleted it because I no longer use it. I then started using it again for work, but as mentioned above, I cannot log in with two-factor authentication. I would like the two-factor authentication to be disabled as soon as possible. Is that possible? I'm in a very difficult situation, so please help me.

This is a ticket for my colleague who can't log in to raise a ticket: I am having difficulty access in the portal; I have tried resetting my password but I am not getting any of the emails to action it – are you able to reset it for me?

I'm trying to add 'personal information redacted' to my Box Starter plan associated with admin account 'personal information redacted' It keeps saying "Email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise" and to contact support to resolve this, so here I am :) (Also, I tried deleting the 'personal information redacted' Box account and reactivating it hoping it would let me bypass this error, but alas, now it won't let me reactivate this account either. Please help...)
