I've been scouring your Support pages to find if there is any setting that will create a default that sorts the folders by Name (which seems like what most users would logically prefer). However, this option does not seem to exist - right?  Currently our extensive list of folders is sorted by default by the latest update - why is that the default?  And can it be changed?  Preferably by the user.  Thanks.

I've seen this comment on other posts " if you navigate to "All Files" or where you start when you initially login , and set the sort order there , it will "sticks" when you navigate to other pages." and it seems to work for me but not for others.  Haven't identified the difference yet.
