Not receiving "reset password" email

I have 2 accounts I'm locked out of for some reason. So I tried resetting passwords for both accounts (they both have a different email address). But I am NOT RECEIVING the reset password email. Not in junk, not in spam, not in promotions.... Nothing. I need access ASAP! Please help!!
