I'm using the free personal plan. I deleted unused files and folders, but  I cannot free up space. Please tell me how to resolve.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
