Deleted files but not freeing up enough space again

Again I have deleted some of my files BOX, but still reported not freeing enough space. Suspect the issue is same as what been reported before

Appreciate if can look into this issue.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
