I have deleted all the folders from box but still it is showing full, can not upload more files. Please help in this matter. Thank you.
I can not log in to Box Drive. Whenever I click on log in, it opens it in a browser. I then log in to my account but nothing happens in the Box Drive window. I have deleted and reinstalled Box Drive, I have cleared my cache, etc. It will not work. Any tips?

I have tried many times to add a managed user but nothing seems to work.
We have this issue and noticed a previous post about it, I've noticed that when our users invite others to a shared file, our licenses/seats are taken however the users they are sharing with only require access to the file and do not require a licenced account. Is there a way to prevent users sharing files with set domains, or to prevent the link being sent internally to enable a user to created a seated account?
I have added a new user to share folders, but they cannot access the folder despite multiple attempts at sharing. I've deleted the user and readded. They cannot access any assigned folders. <attached image redacted>

Even though my double authentication was set up with text verification, it was not working - I was not getting a text to authenticate. I decided to change to a verification app double authentication. However, when I tried, and Box gave me two step instructions, in the first one, when Box generates a QR code for scanning - it did not generate it. It seemed liked it was working on it, but it never revealed a QR a code so I cound not proceed to set it up. How can I solve this
When I try to change a collaborator of a folder from editor to owner I get this error "There was a problem while trying to transfer item ownership to <users email address>" Any ideas what could be causing this?
Hello, i got an Email that we use to much bandwidth. That was an accident on our side. We use the shuttle service and send to much files with it. I am sorry for this. This accident wont happen again. When did i get the full storage capacity back? Thank you.
Hello, I am currently encountering a notification of exceeding the storage space in my account after calculation. I suspect this might be due to a few days ago when I was operating the sync folder on the desktop, I accidentally dragged one of the folders with files into another folder, causing the files to move. This is not the result I wanted, so I used the restore function to restore the position of this folder, which may have caused a misjudgment when calculating the cloud space on the web page. The total file usage on my desktop is 12.4 GB, which is less than the 15GB that my account can use. Could you please assist in recalculating my online cloud space quota? Thank you very much.

We just created a new org/account, and some of our users already have individual Box.com accounts. How do we consolidate those users? When provisioning via our IdP, we get the error: "409 - User with the specified login already exists".
The Box app on my Mac deleted like 90% of my files. I have located my deleted files in the Trash folder. I now have the following situation: I have a home folder titled "MyBox" containing ~6gb of data I have a folder in Trash titled "MyBox" containing ~47gb of data My storage limit is 50gb. When I click restore on the Trash screen I get this unhelpful message: "There was a problem restoring all items in the trash. Please try again or refresh the page." This despite the fact that after merging these two I would certainly be using less than 50gb due to duplication over-write. My question now is: if I delete the home folder titled "MyBox" (~6gb), will I still have access to the folder in Trash titled "MyBox" (~47gb)? Or will it be over-written and thus lost? Or do you have any better ideas? Inquiring minds want to know.
New user and encountering issues right off the back... any assistance will be helpful.
I am trying to invite a person as an editor to a folder. However I am getting a message saying I can not invite deactivated users. Having looked on this forum all I could find was suggestions to contact Box Billing. I did that and was requested by billing to have the person with the deactivated email reply to the email chain giving approval. We did this however the issue is still here and I can't invite this person. Case ID #3078732 I've emailed billing again and still not heard back, I have tried to get them on the phone with no luck there either. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it? As it's urgent I think the only option is to ask the person to set up a new email address. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I am unable to view/download my files. I see a list of my files, but they all have a "- Shortcut.Ink" extention added to the file name. How can I view my files?
