It’s really silly that Box doesn’t have a formal support ticketing process and they make you dig for answers. 

I have a new user that did not receive the verification email. Need assistance.

Meanwhile, what is the issue when you submit a new case yourself? What do you see when you go to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
