I would like to request assistance in recovering administrative access to our Box account. Unfortunately, the primary account administrator is no longer available, and we do not currently have access to the necessary credentials.

How could I restore administrative access to the account or reset access controls. Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required to process this request.
