We have shared folders with clients outside of our company and beginning last week, they were getting a notice that their box was full, when all they had in it was our shared folder.  It was my understanding that our folders went against our storage limits.

I am on a business plan and should have unlimited storage, but when I try to upload, it says that the limit has been reached and I cannot upload.The admin page also shows unlimited capacity for user accounts (no limit set).Do you know the cause?

I’m integrating Box with Bubble and I deleted my Box app and tried to associate my Bubble account with a newly created Box app. But I’m getting a “public key already in use” message despite having already deleted the previous Box app. Am trying to get in touch with someone at Box Support to either reinstate the deleted app or help remove the public key from Box’s system. Bubble doesn’t allow me to create a new public key for my app so that is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looks like it is possible based on the below post: I deleted the application without removing the public key, now what?
