| Change in Mobile update policy to keep your app experience secure and up-to-date Coming soon | We are implementing a new update policy for the Box mobile app that will apply to iOS and Android apps, and the Box for EMM app. This process helps us protect you from security vulnerabilities, resolve critical bugs, and ensure your app remains compatible with our backend services as they evolve. Going forward, when an app version reaches 18 months of age, we will begin notifying users that an update is required. After a minimum of 24 months, we will no longer support that version of the app, and users will need to be updated to continue use. |
