Primary storage will remain in Germany. Existing content in Ireland will remain where it is stored, and new uploads will now go to the new location in the Netherlands. The Admin Console will display a change of the name of the Box Zone from “Germany/Ireland” to “Germany/Netherlands”. |
| Configurable signature field with date and time stamp in Box Sign (Sep 2025) GA | We released the ability to automatically include the date and timestamp within the signature frame any time a recipient applies their e-signature to a signature request. Additionally, Admins and Co-Admins can determine whether to disable or enable the entire signature frame altogether, including the signature request ID and Box Sign logo. These features are controlled by settings that are configured within the Admin Console by Admins or Co-Admins. |

This service complies with RFC 959/1123, and allows customers to upload content to and download content from Box with any compliant SFTP client.
