The @mention function works ok with individuals, but doesn’t work with Groups. Someone suggested it is because we are using the free ‘not for profit’ version?

How often Box backups run? If the backup settings are changed, can we check that by generating a report?If I need a report to confirm that backups are running properly, is it possible to create a manual report for backups? Or, would it be possible to use certain API (or create a custom API) to receive such reports? 

I am trying to set-up my first Box Form from a DocGen and then use a Relay to start the process. I have created a simple document with one field that is linked into the Form on generation. I fill-in the form, without any attachments, and submit. When the workflow ‘relay’ then runs, I get an error ‘No files were attached to a form submission’I did not think I had to have attachments with the form. Can anyone provide some advice?

We wish to use a Box Note as a template note and then print it to PDF so we can have a client Box-sign it. However, a recent change in Box has left us unable to print more than the first page. Every BN now only allows printing 1 of 1 pages - and that is using the “three dot...print” method. What is the workaround for this? Now we are copying it into a word doc to print which is counter productive.  Thanks!!

I am sure I am missing something, but I do not see a way to ceate a new Hub.  I do not have a Hubs option in the left nav… thoughts pointers? 

Trying to unlock a folder and the option to lock/unlock doesn’t appear when you click on the 3 dots. Trying this from Box web application.

How can I edit my “open” options. In one file I can open in Microsoft Excel Online, but in another that was shared with me I can only open in Google Sheets. But when I try to log in to Google it doesn’t work. I’d like to be able to open and edit in Microsoft Excel Online. What I currently see:  What I want to see:
