Metadata isn’t anything particularly new to humans. We’ve been using it as far back as the 280 B.C. in the Great Library of Alexandria. On each scroll, there was a small tags attached that provided descriptive information to aid in locating information easier. Though, the term ‘metadata’ did not come into parlance until the development of database technology. At it’s core, metadata is information about a piece a content. It’s data about data. We all see basic metadata without even realizing it. Ever sort your documents by date added? That’s metadata. Organize files by size? Also metadata. If you’ve ever navigated through a Finder or a file explorer, you are no stranger to metadata. It’s been there the whole time. If you’re wondering how to get started on your own metadata journey, a good place to start is with attributes that will make your content findable. I have sent invitation email for the Box before My client validated his email address. After this, He validated his email address and I resent the invitation email, however He could not receive the email. (already checked spam, junk folder.)I am assuming the case falls within the "Email on suppression list" in link below.  https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-NotificationsI need you to confirm if his email account is on the suppression list, also if it is so, please remove his account from it.How do I provide his account information? Thanks for your help.Regards,

I need to upgrade but see that no monthly plans are available. Anyone know why or can recommend another cloud storage service that offers low cost monthly payment plans for an individual. Thanks!

Hello all. I have a set of data folders I am uploading to Box. However, I would like to have some ONLY in the cloud and others I would like mirrowed on my desktop and with sync activated. Is this possible? If so, please help me understand how to do it. Thanks.

Box app worked all these years. Suddenly received msg that BOX App doest work on MI device. Surprised

 For instance if a Client does not want AI enabled on their data.

We are using the Box Drive app on both PCs and Macs. We have users in our home office in Gainesville, GA and remote users across the country. We are all getting errors when working with the app and have been forced to use Box in the browser. It doesn’t matter what network the user is on we are all seeing the attached error.  

yes you can disable AI for a specific hub from the settings menu within the hub
