BOXでデータを共有していたのですが、相手が辞めてしまったみたいでデータが無くなって見れなくなった。データをダウンロードする方法はありますか? I was sharing data on Box, but it seems the other person has left the company, and the data has disappeared and can no longer be viewed.Is there any way to download the data?
My program manager has sent me an invitation to share his folders on BOX. Also an associate has shared some files in another folder for another effort. Last week I was able to get access to the associate's folder however I was not able to get access to my Program manager's. I couldn't set up a second box account based on my email address associated with my PM’s invitation. I tried using both email addresses my PM associates me with.
I created a folder and am trying to add someone as a collaborator (editor). When I send the invitation, I immediately get an email message saying that he has accepted the invitation, but he hasn’t. When he tries to log in using the link, it wants him to create a new account and pay for it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello!I am currently a Free user but am considering upgrading to Personal Pro.If I upgrade, can you confirm that my new 5GB file size limit will apply to collaborators (Free tier) when they upload to folders I own?Additionally, will these uploads count toward my 100GB storage quota instead of theirs?Thank you!
Last year there was a functionaliy BoxUtils that was able to generate such report.Is show all names and to which files they have access to and what type of access. This eliminates the need to access folder by folder to see this which is not efficient.Does anyone know how to run such report? thank you
Hi, For one of our employees, he recieved an email stating that his payment method for Box was declined and it came from a [removed by moderator] email address. However, it still seemed like a phishing email, so we looked into it further and it was sent from an AWS IP Address instead of a Box Domain IP address.So I wanted to see if it was possible to talk to somebody from the Box Security Team to see if they could verify this email.

Hi Everyone,We have a situation where 4 users in our organization were using Box accounts under an Enterprise License, which expired at the beginning of December 2025.Since then, Box has locked these 4 accounts. Is there a way of adding the folder description to all the files inside. Or is there a way of selecting ALL files in a folder to have the same description. I need all my files to have the same description, however I have 100’s.It is taking a long time to copy, paste then click next as they are all large images. Thank you
Hi I would like boxes to autofill with information Box already knows (like signatory name) when using Box sign. Currently I have to type this all in manually before sending for signature. This is a big sticking point for not moving away from another signature service as it really slows us down. I see an article on how to do this in SalesForce but why not within Box?
Seems that every time I find a way that might work, box changes everything. As I understand it, none of this will work: any kind of ftp, webdav, box drive, rclone. I think there are utilities people have created, but none of those work anymore.Also, box.com no longer works as external storage with Nextcloud.Just hopeless?

I'm sharing a box drive with a friend,I'm the only one who cannot delete or rename files or folders, and I can only add files.When viewed on the web, I don't see a menu for deleting files at all, and even in the desktop client, files revert back to their original state after being deleted or renamed.How can I get things back to normal?
Hi, How to make my Microsoft word file that can be edited without logging in to Box account? If I created the sharing link, then I can open the link anywhere and edit the file or the person that i share the link can edit the file without logging in? Any help on this? Thank you

Are there any limitations in using shared links for non-Box users?I have created a document with about 800 shared links in Box. I am a small user in the free area, number of data is just above 6GB devided over >800 files in about 10 folders. This database is built in about 5 years. The shared links are for the files, permissions for people with the link, they can read and download.Up till last week it worked fine, but suddenly downloads do not work anymore. Not for myself when I am not logged in not for people from Australia, England and France...to mention a few.The people who use it are for instance Facebook users with no Box account.

We often have file requests from external users and we currently use email (for non-sensitive files) or go through the process of uploading the file, creating the link, and sending an email with it. This process can be time consuming so we wanted to stream line this process so that it could be as simple as sending an email for our internal users.We thought perhaps Relay would be the answer, but it does not appear to be able to do what we want.Our thought process was we set a link up that allows our internal users to upload a file. The upload contains a form with metadata like the recipients email address and a comment (to be included in the body of the message). We were hoping to be able to create a shared link to the file (possibly with a password that we could make part of the form) and to automagically create and send the link to the supplied email address.
