Box folders on one of the computers is not syncing

Hi,In the office, we have three computers with Box Drive installed, and all folders are set to sync. However, some files are not syncing on one of the computers, while the other two computers sync the files and folders without any problems. When I check Box Drive, there are no error messages.I'm guessing the internet is not an issue here since the other two computers are syncing fine.I thought about logging out and logging back in to Box Drive, but I'm concerned about losing any unsynced files.Please help me resolve this issue.Thank you.

Automatically redirected to Google SSO for my Microsoft account

My organisation recently migrated to Microsoft environment.We collaborate on documents with an organisation using box. Now I am trying to sign in to work in a document but it always redirects me to Google sign-in. I also changed my password, and tried using a new browser, incognito window etc. Nothing worked. I can’t access my account….

Box File Request gives you a fast and secure way to request and obtain files, plus associated metadata, from anyone. Watch this video to learn more about Box File Request:  ✍ Notes: You must have a Box Business Plan account or higher to build a File Request form.  However, no one needs a Box account to access the finished form and upload content. Best practice: Planning your folder structure

One of the most important 1st steps when starting out with Box is planning your folder structure. Checkout this article which covers the following points.  Here are some questions to consider before designing your Box folder structure:Who moves, owns, and maintains the content? What root level folders make sense for your org? This is typically based on the departments, regions, or groups using Box. Does your organization prefer to give users the ability to create and manage their own top-level folders? Or does your organization prefer to own (and control) all root level folders?  Something I often go over with end users is how to make our shared links a little bit more secure.So, in this video I’ll demonstrate how you can add a password or an expiry date to your shared links with just a few clicks. Healthcare use cases with Box beyond research

Hi all, I know many of our healthcare customers love Box for external collaboration for their research teams as Box is both a secure platform for PHI and has advanced collaboration permissioning.With classification labels, Box provides real-time user-facing alerts if someone accidentally tries to share a classified document with an external user, as opposed to other DLP tools that delete the content after it was already shared, and never notifying the user. Working with other universities on research is easy and secure, and integrations with tools Microsoft Office allow users to co-author in real time. I’ve also seen Box used in patient safety and quality departments as a PHI-approved repository for problem investigations and policy/procedure updates. RCAs, incident response proposals, and presentations can be edited and updated directly in Box with tasks and annotation, and then receive sign-off in Box with Box Sign.How else are healthcare organizations using Box?

Change your setttings to get Box to speak your language

Trash? What on earth is “trash”? 🤔 As someone who speaks 🇬🇧UK English thankfully I don’t have use Google Translate on Box to find out. The native Box applications have support for a range of different languages and variations and it’s really easy to change to the one that suits you best. All you need to do is log in to Box and then click your profile picture (or initials if you haven’t set a picture yet) in the top right hand corner.  From there select ‘Account Settings’ and then you’ll see a range of options including your language. A screenshot of the account settings page showing the language dialogue box Flick that to the dialect of your choice and then choose ‘Save’.   Much better!Got a top tip to help others feel more at home in Box? Redefine password

 When I try to access my account I receive this message. "Your password has expired. Enter your email address and we'll send you steps to create a new   password."  The problem is that I no longer have access to this email, as it no longer exists. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem, so I can regain access to my files?  Thanks in advancedE. Lopes
