Boxサポートチームの皆様、こんにちは。

BoxアカウントでGoogleログインの無限ループに陥っています。app.box.com
/resetでパスワードリセット手続きを完了しても、ログインページが常にGoogleログインページにリダイレクトされてしまいます。

バックエンドシステム上で、私のBoxアカウントからGoogleアカウントの関連付け(ソーシャルサインイン/SSO)を手動で削除/解除してください。そうすれば、通常のメールアドレスとパスワードでログインできるようになります。

👋 Hi ​@kyo-fukai, welcome to the Box Community! Sorry to hear you encountered an issue with Google sign in.


If you are unable to login to your Box account to remove Google authentication, you can revoke Box access directly from your Google account:

  • Log in to your Google Account Security page
  • Under third‑party apps, select Box
  • Click Remove Access to disable Google sign‑in

You can then create/reset a Box password here: https://app.box.com/reset

I revoked direct access to Box from my Google account, but when I try to log in to Box, I'm redirected to the Google login page.I've tried clearing the cache and removing the Box link from my Google account, but after entering my email address on the login screen, I'm still redirected to the Google login page.I've also tried different browsers and incognito mode, but the result is the same.What should I do?Sorry for the machine translation.

After revoking access, have you tried setting up your Box password to check if it resolves the login issue?

  1. Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
  2. Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
  • If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
  • Also check your spam folder.

I have completed all the steps you mentioned.
However, I am still being redirected to the Google login page.

Since I cannot sign in at all, I am unable to access the Account Settings page
to remove the Google authentication link by myself.

I would appreciate it if you could remove the Google authentication association
or switch my account to the standard email + password login method on your end.

I have already contacted support regarding this issue.
