Can others still view, but not modify a file that I lock?

Based on their permissions, users can view a file that youβve locked, but they wonβt be able to modify or make changes to it until you unlock it.
Note: If another user locks a file, any collaborator with Co-owner, Editor, or Viewer Uploader access can unlock it.
