Folder uploads via File Request

Currently, there’s no way to allow folder uploads via a Box File Request.

• You cannot upload folders via the File Request form or page; submitters can only upload individual files (or multiple files up to 500 files at a time per submission).

As potential alternatives / workarounds, you may consider:

1. Compress / zip the folder: Have submitters compress the entire folder into a .zip file prior to uploading. Since File Request accepts files of any type supported by Box, the .zip file can be submitted normally.
2. Direct folder upload in Box: If collaborators need to upload full folder hierarchies directly, they can be invited as collaborators to a shared folder in Box and use the web interface or Box Drive for folder uploads, rather than using a File Request link.
