hi,  i was trying to authenticate my box account using CCG Auth but i couldn't because my account was individual account. When i use OAuth it requires the user to grand permission to generate access token. can you please suggest an alternative method to generate access token that does not require browser interaction. nb:i am using boxsdk python package thanks in advance.

How can I recover my box account, I don´t have access to the authenticator app and can´t provide the 6 digit code. Can anyone help me solving this?   Thank's in advance

I'm currently a co-owner for a business account for my dog breed club. We have had a lot of turnover on our board, so Box users have come on go fairly frequently. I'm trying to figure out how to change the billing information on our account, but it appears that that information is only available in the admin console - which I don't have access to. How do I find out what the admin account is, or what the email account associated with it is? We have several email accounts that are associated with various board positions, i wonder if one of them is used for the admin account. Anyway, all help appreciated!

Hello everyone, I don't speak English very well so I use a translator, please forgive me for any possible approximations. I use Box Drive on my PC to manage my documents. Among these documents I have Excel files with macros. Until last week, I could open my files in the Excel application without problems. The location of the files on my computer is registered as a trusted location in the privacy center and the site https://domain.box.com is one of the trusted sites in the internet options. This week, when opening the same file as usual, I got the error message "Microsoft has blocked the execution of macros because the source of this file is not trusted". To resolve this problem, I had to add the site https://api.box.com to the trusted sites in the internet options but I don't understand why this is necessary since everything was working correctly before. Hello - A large number of my files have simply gone missing.  - They are not available on the  local sync or the web app view - They are not shared files for collaboration - I am the sole owner and user of the files.  - They are not located in my Trash folder.  How do I restore/recover these files? 

I have a question about setting up a custom subdomain. Before setting up the custom subdomain, I created multiple shared links and upload links. For example, a link like https://app.box.com/f/9ea***************. When I set up a custom subdomain, will the already set up links like https://app.box.com/f/9ea*************** become unusable?

The below APIs list downs the possible user and enterprise events , but as explained in the below guides the list is not exhaustive. So it is possible to get list of all Events. I can create folder/files in Windows (in Box Sync folder) machine appear (quickly) in Box on other platforms (e.g., iPhone & iPad). But files/folders created on the iPhone or iPad will appear (sync) in those places and Box.com (browser interface) but never appear in Windows Explorer under Box Sync. Box Sync on Windows is only working in one direction (upstream).

Hice una cuenta de Box por medio de un correo de Google, todo bien hasta ahí, pero al descargar Box Drive e intentar abrir mi cuenta presente problemas, este entró en un tipo de bucle, donde me aparece "LOG IN" en la app, para después mandarme al navegador y completar el proceso de inicio de sesión, pero una vez abriendo la cuenta, la app sigue en la misma pantalla de "LOG IN", ya borre la app más de 3 veces e instale una versión anterior y nada, que puedo hacer??

My 10GB storage is appearing full despite having remove ~2GB worth of files and emptied my Bin. I have seen from other posts that a script can be run by Box Support to fix this and am hoping the same can be done for me.
