Hello - A large number of my files have simply gone missing. 


- They are not available on the  local sync or the web app view


- They are not shared files for collaboration - I am the sole owner and user of the files. 


- They are not located in my Trash folder. 


How do I restore/recover these files?

Please be infromed that when your files/folders disappeared. We can only guarantee recovery if these files/folders are present from your trash.
