My ex-colleagues cannot access shared files

I left my company last month and me and other colleagues had a shared folder. I created a shared co-ownership with one of my colleagues, but still the folder has been removed after I left. Can anyone help me with this? I can give more private and specific details in follow-up.

50GB lost after downgrading from Pro

Hello, I upgraded to pro but didn't use it that much so I downgraded back to the free plan and now my 50GB's are gone and showing only 10GB. Please advise on how to get this capacity back. Thanks!

Hide or Move Shared Folders

Is there still no way to hide or move a shared folder so it isn't on the root of my Box folder? My main box folder is cluttered with dozens of shared folders that I don't currently need, and I want to get them out of the way. Dropbox lets me move shared folders to a different folder, but Box doesn't if I don't own the folder. Why? Is there really no way to do this? Why on earth would this feature not be available? Terrible user design.

staterプラン契約中ですが、管理者権限の移管を行いたいのですが、〔管理コンソール〕→〔ユーザーとグループ〕より〔アカウント管理者の変更〕から当該ユーザーを選択後管理者宛に「Boxアカウントの管理者権限の移管を確認してください」のメールが届くが、「移管を確認」のリンクに飛ぶと「この管理者移管を確認する権限がありません。管理者移管を確認できません。ログアウトし、管理者としてログインした後、もう一度やり直してください。」と表示されてしまい、管理者の移管ができない。管理者でログインしたまま及びログアウトした状態でも同様の表示がでてしまう。 I am a stater plan subscriber and would like to transfer my administrator rights, butafter selecting a user from the "Change Account Administrators" menu in the "Administrative Console" > "Users & Groups", an email is sent to the administrator asking to "Confirm the transfer of administrator rights for the Box account", but when clicking on the "Confirm Transfer" link, it says "You are not authorized to confirm this transfer of administrator rights. You cannot confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out, log in as administrator, and try again." is displayed and the administrator cannot be transferred.The same message is displayed when logged in as an administrator or logged out.

Auto-delete older files

Is it possible to periodically delete files over X days on a Box subfolder?  Retention policies seem like overkill and I'm not sure how to accomplish this via Box Relay, thanks.

Box Not Listed In "Add a Place"

Hello, I've been unable to get the co-authoring process working on Box.  I have downlaoded it, and have the drive on my computer - but when I go to powerpoint and select "Add a Place" all I see are "OneDrive" options:   How can I connect Box?  I can't solve this riddle.  Can I have a hint?

Unable to access to folder

One of the folder which was accessible earlier is not accessible now. The reason we suspect is that I have transferred the ownership and now neither the new owner nor I can access the folder. Could you please help? thanks a lot

folder disappeared

Yesterday, as of the morning, some of the folders managed were in the trash and restored, but other folders were not at the time of the morning, When I checked again at night, all the folders were back in their original places. There is no evidence that it was moved to the trash in the company, what kind of phenomenon is it?

Cant open documents or download to computer from the owner

Good evening, I am trying to download documents that the file owner has shared with me however, it says i do not have permission. I did have to renew my password due to the verification email expiring. Not sure if that is directly related or not. If you can assist with finding out the reason i am unable to open those documents in a PDF to edit or even download them to my computer so i can edit them, that would be greatly appreciated.

Users unable to comment in Powerpoint Decks stored in Box

I am posting this in case others are having the same issue.  For about 3 weeks now, random users have started to have an issue where they can no longer comment in the native version of Powerpoint.  It just spins and spins forever whether its a new comment or replying to an old one.  Additionally, it does not matter if it is a brand new powerpoint or an old one, it just starts happening to users and once it starts it cannot be undone.  So far about 10 users are impacted but it is spreading.  We are unable to determine the root cause but it is only in powerpoint and only when doing native editing.  They are all still able to add comments in the Online version of Powerpoint.  Things we have tried:1) Removing Office and reinstalling and updating - no dice2) Removing Box Drive and Box Tools and reinstalling - no dice3) Having the user create a brand new profile on their PC - this DOES work but explains nothing and then eventually the user succumbs to the effect again.If anyone else has had

Box Drive very laggy, crashes Windows Explorer sometimes. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't' help.

Started having a very weird issue where my Box folder in the Windows file explorer bar (Win10Pro, v22H2) doesn't work anymore and when I right click on it it doesn't load any properties. I tried to add it to my Quick Assess folder up above and that does bring me to the folder but then trying to navigate within it is very laggy and sometimes crashes Windows Explorer entirely. Can't find any kind of repair utility in the Add/Remove Programs page and just uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.   Any ideas? Pic: Gif:
