Personal to Enterprise Account Issues I have a user who "purchased" her own personal Box account and used her czarnowski email address to sign up. Now, she submits a ticket to get Box for Czarnowski. Deletes her "personal" Box account, and when attempting to add her, I get this message: Invite Existing Box User. The email address you entered already has a Box Account. Are you sure you want to invite this user to join your account as a managed user? I click "Invite", however, I get the following error message: There was an error inviting [information redacted] to join your enterprise. You can contact this user directly to log in to their account. The user also received the following email from Box stating her Box Account (personal) is now deactivated:
