Folders/files create elsewhere do not appear in Box Sync folder on Windows

I can create folder/files in Windows (in Box Sync folder) machine appear (quickly) in Box on other platforms (e.g., iPhone & iPad). But files/folders created on the iPhone or iPad will appear (sync) in those places and Box.com (browser interface) but never appear in Windows Explorer under Box Sync. Box Sync on Windows is only working in one direction (upstream).

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    Since you mentioned it's Box Sync you're using to locally sync your Box folders. Please note that you must manually sync your Box folders for it to appear in your Windows Explorer.
