I would like to request for script run to fix incorrect used storage space

Hello!We just joined box, and I am currently uploading all of our content that was on our previous cloud service onto box. We have the business plan with unlimited storage, but now my download has been stopped and it says my storage is full.

If users try to print to Adobe PDF or Microsoft PDF in an application (Edge especially), the application will crash once the file explorer window pops up to choose where you want the document saved. If I uninstall Box Sync, it works just fine with no crashing. If the users do a Save as PDF in Edge, it will allow them to save just fine in Edge. When I check the Windows Event Viewer, it does not say much other than the Edge application crashed.

Hi! I experienced a power outage and my desktop was shut down while I was transferring files to box drive. I tried the "reset box drive" on the webpage but wasn't able to delete the folder in Appdata as I was denied access.  I then tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, and I got this, I would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

I have deleted all files also from trash but it still appears full. Please fix it. Thank you very much

I have a 50GB account. I deleted all my files and even emptied the trash. But it still says 9GB used out of 50GB.  Anyway, my request is for you to run the script so that it resets the free space since I have no files stored anyway. Otherwise I will not be able to copy any files at all.

I am trying to add other members of our organization to our new box account and keep getting the message "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise". 

The shared folders in my box disappeared all at once. I am having trouble because there is no data left in the trash can. I see a folder on my Box drive and would like to copy it locally, but an error prevents me from duplicating it. What should I do to recover? It's very troubled.

Could you update my storage calculations?  It shows I am nearly out of space but actually have few files on the system.  It has been this way for several weeks.   Thank you

My files are NOT showing up!  I have refreshed the page & clicked all around the site & NOTHING!  My profile & account settings are correct & showing 57.5 G out of 100, but WHERE are my files??? Please help! Thank you!

I get the error message "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise" when trying to add a user to our account. Please advise. Several forum threads are present on this but they all seem to have been handled privately with no information on how I can resolve this myself. Thank you!

How do I report a HTTP Error 503 to someone at Box

If I have a large group of files to upload to Box, what is the better/faster option; use the web and upload directly to Box, or just copy them to my local Box Drive folder?

The status says box is working but I cannot get it to pull back up.

Good Morning, we are trying to add a new user to box but there is a message indicating that the email address is already used in box. 

I created a new folder in my account and every time I try to upload documents, it shows me that account storage limit reached.  I have unlimited storage with my account.  Please help as soon as possible. 

Hello, My box storage says I have 8 GB of storage used up, but I have deleted items and cleared my trash. After doing so, my storage count is still sitting at 8 GB, and is not actively reflecting that my new storage amount size should be much smaller. Can someone please help resolve this?

I am logged in and can see my profile but not any of my files using either Safari or Chrome

Usage of my account is shown as 40Gb used of 50Gb, but I only have less than 1Gb used. Could you run your script to correct the usage? I need to upload files for collaboration that in total are more than 9Gb and and with this issue, I can't do it. Thanks.

This is an urgent request to begin the development of Box for Windows on ARM. As a student who now owns this device, Box must support this. This is especially in line with Microsoft announcing ARM as the future of Windows with Snapdragon chips on their devices. This does seem to be the future of windows.

On 6/26/25 at 9:45am PT, me and my coworkers started getting HTTP Error 503 in attempting to access box.  

Hello,   I use a mac laptop and I have tried under my account using an HP laptop and when I make changes to edit documents that is a collaborative document it says "unable to save changes please open up a new tab" and it will not save any of my edits. I am not sure what to do? Others are not having this problem. I have tried using a different computer as well.
