Hello,


 


I use a mac laptop and I have tried under my account using an HP laptop and when I make changes to edit documents that is a collaborative document it says "unable to save changes please open up a new tab" and it will not save any of my edits. I am not sure what to do? Others are not having this problem. I have tried using a different computer as well.
