ACCOUNT STORAGE LIMIT REACHED

I created a new folder in my account and every time I try to upload documents, it shows me that account storage limit reached.  I have unlimited storage with my account. 

Please help as soon as possible.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

It shows that you've reached your allotted storage. You can modify your limit and increase it by contacting your Box Administrator. 

To check your current storage: Login to box.com> Account Settings>Storage Used.
