Storage full but I deleted all files since 1 month
I have deleted all files also from trash but it still appears full. Please fix it. Thank you very much
Unfortunately the problem is a piety because it lasts since more than 1 months and I have the same problem also on another account with Box. So it seems you cannot reach to fix it. And this is a concrete issue.
