We just joined box, and I am currently uploading all of our content that was on our previous cloud service onto box. We have the business plan with unlimited storage, but now my download has been stopped and it says my storage is full.

I signed up for the "Business" plan. It is clear in your ad that it is an UNLIMITED plan. We are a company that works with photos and videos of graduation events. We hired BOX exclusively for backup. Now we have this space problem. I need help and a solution for this problem.
