I'm having an issue with Box where a dragged file from desktop into the Box Drive disappears after a few seconds. This happens randomly and has been a new occurrence since yesterday. I am using Mac OS.

I received the email verification link and clicked on it immediately.  The link is not working and is sending me to a blank page.  Please let me know what to do regarding this.

I emptied my Box drive, garbage bin included...   I want to upload new files about 8 Go...   Can you, reset my account?   Truly,   Alain 

How can I clear out the storage.  I have deleted all files from the storage and emptied the trash.  Still says it is full

I downloaded the application on my Mac and it will not open. When I log in it says it's launching but nothing happens. What can I do to get it to work properly?

how can I email box support? I can't access files shared by the admin because my old password isn't working and I have to reset to gain access

Using Box mobile app for iOS, I captured and uploaded several files. I left them in the "Capture Uploads" folder as I did not have the file structure created yet. Now those uploaded files have disappeared. Can they be recovered? Is there an automatic purge of this folder after a time limit?

I upgraded our plan yesterday morning as we reached our 100GB plan with the understanding that it would take a few hours to access files again. This is the beginning of a new business day and we urgently need to access files for attorneys view case discovery/documents for things with deadlines today. We urgently need help and there is no number to contact for support. 

Running into issues where I cannot organize files that are shared with me. They live in my root folder which is mixing with my organized files. 

Not a fan of having to select search "everywhere" every time I need to find a folder.  my whole team had trouble "searching".  I have to click everywhere every time or it only searched the folder I am in.  Too busy for this extra step.   

I think my account is supposed to have unlimited storage capacity.But it seems not when I upload data to Box Drive. How can I sovle this problem?

Hi there Did anyone get anywhere with getting beyond the page that says Launching Box Drive.  I'm stuck and can't get any further.   Cheers Sam

A file was shared with me however I keep getting the following message when I click the link “ This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.” I have double checked with the owner and the file is still live on their end.

Hi, Is there a way we can sort the folder by "updated" permanently rather than name (currently default) every time we or anyone accesses it? Thanks, Kailash

I set the Box sync path on an external hard drive, but after some time, I receive a prompt saying "Your File System is Not Supported by Box Sync," and I'm unable to open it again. I have to reinstall Box sync and reset it, and this keeps happening repeatedly.

I created a login using google but it won't let me set a password.  Every time I try I get an error message.
