I am having the same issue here

I am having the same issue.  Use Box for work and for personal and can't get box drive loaded on a new machine.   Can't get out of Launching Box Drive screen.  Doesn't show up in Windows Explorer.  Don't have option to open files inside of Box with Word or Excel

Same here. I cannot get Box to show up in Finder on my Macbook.
