Cannot access files

I upgraded our plan yesterday morning as we reached our 100GB plan with the understanding that it would take a few hours to access files again. This is the beginning of a new business day and we urgently need to access files for attorneys view case discovery/documents for things with deadlines today. We urgently need help and there is no number to contact for support.
