I can not get the File Request option to generate a shareable link with an external partner.  Is there a bug currently? This has worked well in the past and over the past week I have not been able to get this to generate correctly.  I continually get this error:.  

Hello,   Several of our Organization folders show they were updated "yesterday by Box System (1)" and appear to be missing lots of files. What does it mean when "Box System (1)" updates a folder? And where are our files?!   Thanks! Maugan

We are receiving this error message when trying to share a folder. We have tried sharing it with one person at a time and groups of people, but we get the same error message regardless. Nobody has been shared to this folder today so we couldn't have reached any sharing capacity limit per day. I tried on multiple browsers and cleared my cache and it still will not let me share this folder. Please advise.  ERROR: "Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again."

I have been working fine on my box drive for last couple of months ever since it was launched for macbook M1 users. Suddenly from today, my BOX folder disappears from my side bar, and when I try and open the folders from search bar I get the message 'Box drive is no longer running. Please re-launch the app and re-login (as needed) to continue syncing data with Box.' since then I have re-installed the app, re-started my laptop but same. I am unable to sync files on the web from my local BOX drive! please help!!!! I cannot work without BOX drive running on my macbook.

Hello,I am trying to set up a secure cloud to cloud file transfer from a site called Newforma Info Exchange.  It offers Box as an option.  When I click “connect to Box” the following error is shown (attached screenshot).

It’s really silly that Box doesn’t have a formal support ticketing process and they make you dig for answers. I have a new user that did not receive the verification email. Need assistance.

One of our users is not able to see a folder via box drive on his computer, but is shows up on Box.com when he logs in.

Unfortunately, the primary account administrator is no longer available, and we do not currently have access to the necessary credentials.How could I restore administrative access to the account or reset access controls. Dear Box community,A shared folder at my work with very important documents has disappeared. Do you know how to recover these? The trash is empty and there is no trace that the files or folder ever existed. Thank you for your help,Greg

I noticed a series of perplexing behaviors occurring in Box today (Monday 3/4) that I'd like some assistance digging into. 1. Box suddenly began sending "Upload Exceeds Storage Quota" errors to myself and another user 2. When I checked my account storage cap, it said that I was at 178GB/100GB. We do use a large amount of data, but it seems strange that I am able to go over the data cap by almost 2x 3. Another user on my team is far below the data cap, but they are getting the same message as well 4. I noticed a large portion of our file/folder directory locations were suddenly changed as well, without any user input.I was able to get my account-storage increased to 200GB, but I'd still like some assistance digging into why our file structure was suddenly changed, and why a separate user suddenly had the same data-cap error message despite having nearly 100GB of storage available.

I would like to change the location of the Box Drive folder from C:\Users\*User Name*\Box to C:\Box. I understand there is no official option but was curious if anyone had any luck with this. Possibly by changing Registry Keys?

HiOne of our users lost access to client folders. The client re-added her and she got the invites. When she clicks on the invite email she is taken to a page not found error. Just wondering if others have seen this?
