Cannot sign in due to phone number is changed

Hello,

I cannot sign in to my box account due to my phone number is changed. I cannot get the two factor auth number. I have read the related topic:

I tried to submit a ticket to our Product Support team from https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests, but the submit button doesn’t work.
