I've looked through forums, I am trying to add existing users to a Business Plus subscription but it will not let me. I cannot change the look either.

I am encountering the same issue for a different Box account of mine. I deleted it that because my colleague cannot add me as a user under the Business Plus because error said I’m an existing user. Please help with these 2 issues. Do you have an email for support we can contact?
