I keep receiving this message when trying to upload a file:

Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again.

Here’s the latest update from our team on https://status.box.com/,

Our cloud service provider has mostly recovered and we are working to continually bring services back and are in communication with our provider around full recovery of the services impacted.

 

Hope that it restores the services back in your end fully. 


I also cannot upload files.  It just says “something went wrong”. I’ve tried multiple browsers, clearing my cache, and would like to speak to a person or actually get help instead of being directed to a community forum where I see others have asked the same question but I don’t see the answer. Can you PLEASE help me? I’ve been trying off and on for several weeks.
