Emails from BOX are not being delivered to this email address. <personal information-redacted> I am not receiving any emails to sign up, in addition to the collaboration invitation email, so I suspect that email suppression is in effect. I checked the article about email suppression, but this user is not currently on a business account so I don't know who to contact. First of all, I would like you to confirm whether it is being suppressed.

We created a new user on our account this evening.  We send and resend the notification email but it does not get from Box to the outlook email inbox for <personal information-redacted>.  It is not in any of the other folders such as Junk, etc.

Hello, As a collaborator in a shared folder, how can I remove myself from receiving this auto notice? I don't need to know any updates in the folder. If my role is changed from editor to viewer/uploader, will that solve the problem?

Copying numerous small files to my SSD from the Box folder is extremely slow. Larger files do copy faster. 

I am using python boxsdk with client_id,secret,token generated from my organization developer url (https://<myorg>.ent.box.com/developers/console) But while I am trying to test auth, I think its not trying to validate on my organization url since its trying GET/POST on "https://api.box.com/2.0/users/me"  and running into error="invalid_token", error_description="The access token provided is invalid. boxsdk.exception.BoxAPIException: Message: No "refresh_token" parameter found Isn't I supposed to pass my specific org api URL? 

We are given a list of files to download where the URLs are in the form https://app.box.com/s/.  Looking for a way to programmatically download them using NodeJS. It doesn't appear that the is the same as file_id.

We have M1 M2 and M3 apple sequoia devices that receive the error that the firewall is not enabled.  The firewall is enabled on these devices, it has been verified in our instance of JAMF and the devices themselves.  When will a fix be put through?

Hi, I need to gain access to a Box folder where the only owner and admin left the company. If I share the link, can someone provide reader access or at least share if any other editor/ admin that we might not be aware of? Thank you

When linking box with salesforce I get this error "You may not log in with an enterprise that does not match the service account. AccountId for User 298952782 AccountId for Service Account null"Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

Some people get a message saying "Unable to upload changes to [    ] due to insufficient permissions. Please close the file and your changes will be saved as a copy. Move this copy to a folder that you own to upload it to Box''. Then it will create a file with same name + username in the same folder. Users are assigned editors right via groups and other people in that same group can upload changes to that file so that makes no sense. How do we resolve this?

I’m unable to access viewable client docs because it is requiring a two factor authentication but doesn’t allow me anyplace to input a 6 digit authentication code after prompting me to have one. what is happening?

I have an end user that every time he adds a file to box he also creates folder called “~Bromium”. It creates it in whatever folder he is working on. He also has an error from his box drive about not being able to delete these folders. I had him uninstall box drive, I deleted all 200 of these folders he created and when he installed box drive in a day or two he went back to creating these folders again. Any suggestions?Also, is this really the only way to get support for Box? 

I need to submit a help request.  I have changed my email & generated an email verification link but I keep getting a 403 Forbidden link.  I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas you have sent to others (updating browser, clearing cache, disabling firewall & extensions & restarting machine.  None have worked.  Can someone help me with this?

Hi, I use an M1 iMac with Ventura 13.1 loaded. Recently been seeing files not syncing properly between Box Drive on my machine and files within BOX folders via browser. Screenshot 1 show numerous files with the cloud icon next to them, but no activity showing in BOX. Screenshot 2 shows difference between file within BOX and folder on my machine. File has been sitting on my machine for hours but show no change when accessing BOX through browser. Anybody got any ideas?

I know this has been floated by users and discussed for years, but has Box updated its roadmap to include a version of Box Drive that works with Windows ARM chips? Would really like to start moving employees in my business who travel frequently over to Windows ARM-based devices. Thanks!

I am working off a work computer where the  security/firewall is controlled by my organization and I cannot modify it.  I have attempted to download a file/folder that was shared to me using two different browers, I cleared the cache, updated the browsers, and conducted a test of the network with no change in the result.  When I try to download the file itself, no pop ups or notifications are seen when I click download.  When I try to download the folder it is in, a notification pops up that states “your download will begin shortly.”, but no download actually takes place.    

I cannot find how to cancel my Box account.  I want to unsubscribe so I am not billed for service

We are sharing an mp4 video file and inviting guests as a Previewer. It’s important that collaborators cannot see each other so we turned this ability off. It’s also important that they cannot download the file. We are using Box Enterprise. After some testing only Viewer Uploaders can preview and play this video. What are we doing wrong?

I just bought some licenses for a group in our company. I want to manage access, but I will not use the product.  Can my login just be an administrator, or do I need a license?If so, how can I change my account?

I’m able to use the “file request” function in my account, however, I recently know that the "file request” requires the Business plan or above.Is this function in my account temporally available, or is it also available for Business Starter? Thank you for your support in advance.
