Box Update Issues

Is anyone else having a hard time with this new Box update? When I go to move documents to different folders, it doesnt tell me which folder my folder is in (if that makes sense - I have multiple folders with the same name within other folders) unless I click into it. And then when I eventually do find the correct folder, it doesnt list all of the sub-folders, only the first handful. So if the folder i’m looking for isn’t the first X amount, I can’t move it

I have the same issues. Is there a way to move back to the previous version of box?

I agree. Would love to go back to the previous version specifically for the update made when it comes to the move/copy tool. Has made my work more difficult.

I have a user reporting the same issue, but am unable to recreate the issue so far. Does this stop happening in an Incognito window? Might be bad cache data mixing between the old website and the new one.

With the latest update, I’m running into all of these issues and more. It has been a nightmare to use Box.

 

All of my Box folders/subfolders are named and organized with prefixes 001, 002, 003, etc. With the latest update, especially in the move/copy tool, all the folders are out of order. It’s no longer sorted in alphabetical order by default.  

 

Second issue, I’m finding the move/copy button is missing on some of the files.

 

Third issue, when you click the 3 dots to get to the the drop down menu to look for the move/copy button, the drop down menu is now showing up randomly on the top left of the browser and sometimes it’s showing up in the correct spot.  😓

 

Could you please go back to the previous version. I work in a fast pace environment and this latest update has been very stressful.
