Using Box sign to get pdfs signed by team members, the web app inbox shows number of requests in progress “Inbox (1)” however the iOS version does not show the same notification in the app inbox.
Can anyone explain why that is or how to fix it?
Much easier for mobile team members to sign document via mobile than on laptop.

You mentioned that in the Web-App, you are receiving the Sign notification but not in iOS. Are you referring to the email notification, or the notification coming through the Box for iOS application?
